Pre-launch electric mobility platform

Use Your Own Tool Battery.

OwnVolt vehicles are built to run on the batteries you already own. No proprietary packs. No battery shipping headaches. Just snap in, power up, and ride.

Why it matters

The expensive part is already in your garage.

Traditional electric boards, scooters, and bikes are often built around proprietary battery packs. When the battery fails, the whole ride can become useless or expensive to repair. OwnVolt flips that model. We build the ride. You bring the battery.

Lineup

One idea. Three ways to ride.

Three launch concepts. One shared promise: drop in the power ecosystem you already trust and skip the proprietary battery lock-in.

Platform strategy

Choose the battery system you already own.

OwnVolt is designed around removable tool batteries. Battery compatibility, voltage behavior, current limits, and fitment vary by platform. Final launch models will be tested and validated before production.

OwnVolt is an independent concept and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ryobi, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Kobalt, HART, Greenworks, Makita, EGO, or any other battery manufacturer. Brand names are used only to describe intended compatibility.

40V expansion

The complete 40V line is taking shape.

OwnVolt now has dedicated concept directions for multiple 40V battery ecosystems across all three launch ride formats: skateboard, scooter, and bike. The goal is a consistent platform strategy with brand-specific docks, fitment, and packaging where it makes sense.

High-output concept

A proposed 80V line for higher output and longer range.

The 80V concept explores a more aggressive battery format built around a suitcase-style pack for riders who want more sustained power, more range headroom, and a clearer performance-tier product story.

Simple system

Snap. Power. Ride.
